Jordan groaned as he rolled over in the hospital bed. This was the last place he wanted to be. The nurse had already diagnosed him with a 103.4 degree fever, so he knew this was pretty bad. Glancing down at his IV he sighed and waited for the doctor to arrive.

Danny walked into the room of his next patient, his head down slightly trying to hid the lastest bruise from his boyfriend. "Hello Mr. Lennox, i'm Danny i'll be your doctor today." Danny said with a shy smile.

Jordan just groaned and rolled over, and flashed an faked, forced smile.

"So can you tell me whats wrong?" Danny asked, he could tell the smile was fake and that meant the man proably wasn't going to behave or like him.

Jordan rolled his eyes. "I already explained this shit to the nurse."

"Sorry." Danny said quickly, this was proably going to be a long shift if the guy hated him already.

Laura, Jordan's adopted daughter sighed at her father. "Daddy, he only wants to help..."

"M-Maybe i should come back later..." Danny said softly.

Laura sighed. "He doesn't mean to be this way, he just hates it here," she said. "This was the last place he ever saw my uncle."

"Oh i see, you have family you lost too?" Danny asked softly, thinking of his older brother.

Jordan gave a small nod. "My younger brother, he was only three when they took him."

Danny nodded, "That was the same age as me and my brother."

"That's odd," Jordan paused. " My brother's name was Danny too....."

"y-Yeah really odd." Danny said. "Of course i've been looking for Ero for years."

Jordan looked up at the sound of the long unheard nickname and shakily whispered "K-Kiddo....."

Danny froze at the nickname. "E-Ero?"

Jordan nodded. "It's me Kiddo...."

Danny bit his lip softly before hugging Jordan.

"Let me check you out make sure your ok Ero." Danny said.

Jordan sighed, but nodded slowly. "Fine..."

Danny quickly got to work, his bruise starting to show a little.
